bahn apartment

I guess I should have gotten on here before.. I just booked an apartment at Schlitterbahn on the ';bahn';side. There are four of us and we want to grill out and have a couple of drinks after playing at the park all day.. just enjoy the summer. Is this the right place or does anyone know what I am in for??? Does anyone have any tips or other info?

This is the original side of the park and it sounds great for what you want to do. These are by no means fancy hotel rooms, they%26#39;re Port Aransas motel rooms, if you know what I mean. I think they make the park experience better because you can stop, relax, catch you breath, have a snack, drink, use the bathroom and then head back out to the excitement of the attractions.

The newer ones on the other side are nicer, bigger, BUT, I still like the original side for it%26#39;s quietness. The trees are bigger, cooler, not a ton of people, nice quiet older pool. The train is pretty close but if you aren%26#39;t expecting much in the room, you%26#39;ll do fine.
