Downtown historic district ghost tours

We%26#39;ve lived in Houston area for several years but not done many of the ';touristy'; things. My wife heard about downtown ghost tours of historic district. Does anyone know anything about these? Are they worth the time/cost?

I agree with Kingwood, I was born here, and had not heard of ghost tours. One of the best I have been on, is in New Orleans, in the Quarter..so don%26#39;t miss that one, when you go there!

I know it was once said that there is a ghost that lives at the Old Spaghetti Warehouse in Houston, so I am sure we have our share of fantasms.
