has anyone stayed here? whats it like?
Courtyard CondominiumsI%26#39;m actually staying at the Courtyard right now, and I want to highly recommend it. My family and I come here twice a year, and have for the last fifteen or so. The prices are mid-range, the condos are all privately owned and decorated in similar styles with accents per owner. The kitchens are generous and have all the basic necessities, but if you have a favorite pot or pan, I recommend you bring it.
The %26#39;Courtyard%26#39; gets it name from the courtyard effect that it has around a center green yard. Half of it is divided into a sort of %26#39;green-grass-bbq-grills%26#39; and the other half is a well-kept pool. Because of the way this place is built, when you walk outside your room, you are facing the courtyard and there%26#39;s enough of a breeze to send the mosquitoes off.
The lady who runs the place is super nice, and if something bugs you, go straight to her or the housekeeping staff. She recognizes us every year, although it might have something to do with my blue hair. (Lol, you think?)
I send my friends here when they visit Port A, and we%26#39;re considering buying one of the condos sometime before the end of the year.
Courtyard CondominiumsI have stayed here a few times and it suits the purpose. It%26#39;s within walking distance of the beach, the rooms are clean, the prices are good, the people are nice, and the kitchen is equipped.
I think most people would find it enjoyable.
I know this post is old but I just joined and I am having fun posting my opinion. We stayed at Courtyard two years ago. I would not stay there again. On a positive note I will say they had a very nice pool. The rooms were a decent size but the murphy bed was not comfortable. The bathroom was small, especially with two doors.
They are close to the beach but you do not have a beach feel because the rooms are centered around the courtyard. The rooms are very dark. When I was there it rained heavily and the courtyard flooded almost to the door. I checked out. Prices are reasonable so I guess you get what you pay for.
