Hi guys, any help would be great.
Myself and a few friends are thinking of staying in Austin the first 2 weeks of Sep. We are all male and of the age of 23. We are looking at staying near the University as we are mainly there for the atmosphere and to go out too bars clubs etc in the evening. Will places be busy in Sep near the uni? Also worried if there is enough things to do during the day.
We have heard Lake Travis on Labour day (Sep 7th I believe) is great and lots of partying going on! Is that true?
Thanks
Austin in Sep, help needed!September is a great time to visit south Texas. All of the water activities will still be available. Many activities will require a car for transport. You can always sleep during the day.
Austin in Sep, help needed!Fall classes start August 26th so the university area should be hopping by early September. And the University is within walking distance of 6th St., etc. which are busier when the university is in session. If you have the chance to have a boat on Lake Travis there are some good parties out on the Lake. Unless the water levels are low, then they have quite a few restrictions.
