Hi everyone,
My husband, I and our little girl took a 3 days trip to Fredericksburg last week. It was one of the most wonderful vacations we%26#39;ve ever had. The town was historic yet so full of life. Loved the main street and its boutique shops. There is plenty to do for age type.
We ate at the Auslander, loved its Ruben sandwich,Silver creek, Fredericksburg brewing company and Bejas. Bejas has an awesome patio and food was great.
We visited Woodrose winery and Beckers. They both were different but we loved both of them. People at Woodrose were very friendly and served wine in their wooden patio. My little girl enjoyed the Wild seed farm. Its a must for everyone. It was beautiful!!
I was so excited to be there that I wanted to buy a home in Fredericksburg !! lol
Thanks to all the forum guys who helped me plan a lovely trip specially %26#39;Lemma%26#39; we took your advice and went 281 instead of I-35 it was worth it. Did stop at Marble Falls to eat at the blue bonnet cafe.
Would go back again there is still a lot to do.
A fantastic trip to Fredericksburg!!
So glad your trip turned out well. Sounds like your took full advantage of being there for a short trip. The drive down 281 and the stop at BBC are well worth it!
