Breakfast in Houston

We are going to be up in Houston for an Astros game Saturday night, staying near Minute Maid and looking for a good place for breakfast Sunday on the way out of town. Not IHOP, nice.

I can only think of LaPeep as a %26#39;breakfast%26#39; place, but I have heard a lot of good places such as the Four Seasons (Quattro) and Breakfast Klub (on Travis) mentioned here. I am sure others with first hand expereience will give their input.

You can take MetroRail to BreakfastKlub, which is very good, especially their chicken %26amp; waffles! The lines maybe long, but worth it. Also, Saturday mornings there%26#39;s a Farmer%26#39;s Market there which have some good treats and stuff.

You can pick up the Preston or Main Street Square station and take it to Ensemble/HCC Station. When you get off at Ensemble, just spot the people and cars parked on the side of the Continental Club.

Bistro Calais has a great Sunday brunch from 11am-2:30pm. Their salmon and made-to-order crepes are delicious. They also have traditional breakfast items. http://www.bistrocalais.com/
