Where to buy Cowboy boots?

Hi

Any good tips on where to get a pair of cowboy boots? My sister has her heart set on a pair. We are near Riverwalk, and we have a car. We%26#39;ll be heading to Austin over the weekend if that would be a beter bet.

There are a couple of places where you can buy cowboy boots to take with you.

I believe there is 1 in the Rivercenter Mall which may be a little expansive due to it caters to tourist. www.shoprivercenter.com

The best off the rack boot are Lucchese. Company store at The Quary Market, sold at other store too.

Their is a Shepler%26#39;s in SA as well on the NW by Ingram Park Mall %26amp; a Cavender%26#39;s is also out in that area plus other areas.

I cannot thank you guys enough for your advice! I ended up searching Cavenders and found that there was one sort of on our way from SA to Austin.

We typed the address in to the GPS and we were off! Only the GPS took us to the South East 410 Loop address and not North West 410 Loop! GPS took us to a field... our fault for not double checking that it understood our directions.

Thankfully we were able to borrow some wifi in a medical parking lot and used my laptop to find directions to the North West 410 Loop. After a half hour of driving we got there.

Cavenders was great. The woman who sold us the boots, Jeri, was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Much too knowledgeable for us city girls :) Anyway we found a pair my sister liked and she bought them.

Glad you found what you where looking in boots but sorry to hear that you took a long drive to get there that was out of the way but I guess you got to see a different part of SA.
