Nightlife

Does anyone have any suggestions for nightlife? I%26#39;m over the age of 21; however, my sister is only 18. I don%26#39;t expect that we%26#39;ll want to be back at the hotel and in bed by 10. I was curious if CC rolls up the sidewalks early and if not, if there are a few casual places we could hang out (bar atmosphere) yet she could get into? Thanks!

Heather,

Where are you staying and do you have a car? If you do not have a car your evening entertainment will be limited unless you are downtown or use a taxi.

Downtown area I would suggest you walk down Chaparral Street...there are numerous clubs there, ask at your hotel.

For live music you should go to Brewster Street Ice House and on the weekends The Executive Surf Club. There is Cassidy%26#39;s Irish Pub for drinks and weekend live entertainment as well.

We%26#39;ll be taking taxis for the most part. Can anyone get into these places? Or is it strictly 21?

All ages are allowed at Brewster and Surf Club because they have food as well. Cassidy%26#39;s may limit at night but it is located in a hotel so you may be OK there as well. These are all downtown so if you are not staying downtown and are using a cab there are alternatives on the Southside of the city as well.

B%26amp;J%26#39;s Pizza allows all ages and has a sports bar setting with great beers from around the world...2 locations.

There are, of course, your usual Chili%26#39;s, TGIFriday%26#39;s, etc. as well.

Awesome! Thanks so much. We%26#39;re in the business district I think...Bayfront Plaza (haven%26#39;t heard very good things but it was cheap and we%26#39;re only staying a few days) I%26#39;m glad there are places that we can go instead of staying inside after dusk!
