Safest Hotel Parking Lot- North Austin

Hello,

I%26#39;m in a band and we are traveling to Austin to play at a wedding at the Austin Country Club, 4408 Long Champ Drive. We want to get hotel rooms for the night and was wondering if anyone had an idea of any near-by hotels that had safe parking. We will have band equipment in the cars and truck.

Any insight would be appreciated.

Safest Hotel Parking Lot- North Austin

There is a Renaissance hotel at the Arboreteum that might be your best bet. Also, lots of bands stay at the Doubletree hotel on 15th close to the Capitol. It%26#39;s not that close to your gig, but they have a lot of experience with band equipment. I work close to the Doubletree and see tour buses and trailers with band equipment parked around the hotel all the time.

Safest Hotel Parking Lot- North Austin

There are not a lot of hotels on the far west side of Austin. This one is probably about a 10 or 15 minute drive from the location of the wedding -- marriott.com/hotels/鈥?/a>

It%26#39;s in the middle of a retail and office area, set off from the highway and really somewhat hidden from the main roads. It may be a litlte pricey, but it%26#39;s nice and should be safe.
