Anyone sat in the all you can eat section? Decent view? Good food? How many seats are in the porch section along the first base line? Good for families?
Thanks!
comments on all you can eat ';porch'; section at ballpark?
I have never used the All You Can Eat section since it started but I sat there when the stadium first opened. The left field sight lines are not bad but this is one of the last sections to fall into shade so it is HOT, even for a night game. For a day game, the 01-016 sections never get into shade- it can be miserable.
My understanding is it is only hot dogs, nachos, popcorn, peanuts and soft drinks. You do not get food service in the seats- you go to the concession stand each time you want something and it is limited to 2 per person per item each visit.

';enclosed, air-conditioned Upper Home Run Porch Grill'; from the website. It also mentions something about tvs to view the games so my guess is not the best seats in the house? Haven%26#39;t been to a game in two or three years. Used to be able to bring in your own food and it was cheaper but I can%26#39;t find direct info on this in their webby any more. You can still bring in alcohol so I am guessing still ok as long as you stay within the limits for carry in bag size (12';x12';x6';). We used to stop at fast food before hitting the park.
Isn%26#39;t that interesting- the inforamtion on the website has changed in the few days since I posted. Now it looks as if they have taken what used to be the restaurant area in the Homerun Porch and turned it into a larger ';all you can eat'; area. If you spend the $34 for it,please post back and let us know if it was worth the money.
Also, yes, you can bring in food but no, the TABC does not allow bringing in alcohol.
