From downtwon you can a city bus to Sea World.

Thanks for everyone%26#39;s help. We are still undecided if we will fly or drive , we are about 21 hours from san antonio. Thanks for all the help on the hotels . We are really looking forward to our trip.

Thanks,

I would certainly fly and then renting a car. We get asked this a lot and it really depends on you. On any trip I take I always like having a car. In towns with a lot of congestion and good public transportation (Boston, Chicago) I%26#39;ll forgo the car when staying downtown but rent one when I move out to the burbs. I have been known to rent a car for just a day or two.

Pros: Freedom to come and go on your schedule (public transportation usually stops or is greatly reduced around 10 or 11 pm. and weekends) Cheap, usually around 15 bucks a day (transportation to and from the airport is usually more than that.) Allows you to get to less touristy spots.

Cons: Parking at a downtown hotel is usually expensive, and driving in an unfamiliar city can be stressful.

Thanks for your input.

My husband %26amp; I are going to SA in June and found a wonderful 1 bedroom loft on VRBO. Total for 4 nites was WAY cheaper than any hotel and has everything; bedroom, kitchen, living room, dining area, gym, pool, bbq grill, covered parking and just minutes from the riverwalk area. We prefer this because we can hang out in our pjs, eat breakfast, read the paper and relax before we have to get ready to start our day.

Thanks so much, I will check it out.
