Suntide II vs Sunchase IV

Can anyone give me information to help choose between these condo%26#39;s? We have found individual units from each on VRBO and prices are comparable. Any thoughts to help distinguish these 2 properties would be much appreciated! We are a family of 5 (kids 10,13,15) driving in for 3-4 night stay and have never been to SPI before... Thanks!

Suntide II vs Sunchase IV

Sunchase IV is on the south end of the island so the location is very close to lots of amenities that you can walk to...coffee shops, restaurants, T-shirt/ souvenir shops. You are about five blocks from Schlitterbahn Waterpark. The only problem I personally have with their condos is that they are two-storey, either with the bedrooms upstairs or the living quarters...otherwise, the two or three I%26#39;ve been in are lovely.

Suntide II has been a favorite with friends of ours for a few years. It is mid-island. Has a really nice pool area.

I%26#39;d say location may be your only decision because I think you%26#39;ll be satisfied with either accommodation.

Suntide II vs Sunchase IV

Thanks! I have another follow-up if you don%26#39;t mind... Inverness has a condo for almost about $60 less per day. How does that condo compare to the sunchase IV and Suntide II you described? Thanks again...

Inverness is on the north end of the island, on Gulf Boulevard, rather away from everything if you like to walk to stuff. I%26#39;ve only been in one unit there. It was rented by friends, on the tenth floor. It was a one-bedroom which had recently been re-done and it was charming. It was very clean, with a large balcony and the view of the Gulf was pretty incredible. However, the pool area is very small (I believe you enter it from the third or fourth floor). Doesn%26#39;t strike me as a place for a family, although there is the beach out in front.

Suntide 11 is right on the beach, closer than Sunchase iv which is more convenient with kids. I stayed in condo 108 (not sure of the number, but it%26#39;s Robert Hibyan%26#39;s unit. It%26#39;s on the ground floor with beach, pool, and tiki deck right out your front door. It%26#39;s conveniently located to attractions and restaurants. Staff is friendly and unit was very clean. Neverf stayed at Sunchase, but I like the location of Suntide 11 better. Stayed here twice and will be back.

I%26#39;ve stayed at the Sunchase many times. It was much nicer when it was newer. I think I%26#39;d choose Suntide over Sunchase. I%26#39;ve heard good things about that place from friends.
